Today is my stop on the tour for the incredible The Hollow & The Haunted by Camilla Raines 💖 Thank you so much to the lovely Charlotte at Titan Books for my beautiful copy and for having me on the tour! 

I knew as soon as I read the blurb for The Hollow & The Haunted that I was going to love it, I wasn’t prepared for how OBSESSED I was going to be 🤣 It was so amazing I can’t stop thinking about it! 

Firstly, the concept is so clever – I love the idea of trying to solve a murder before it’s happened, plus the psychic element was so fun and added another layer of really cool worldbuilding! This is perfect for fans of Lockwood & Co and Dead Boy Detectives and really helped fill the void that their cancellations left me with!

Miles & Gabriel were amazing characters and I really enjoyed the grumpy x sunshine vibe they had going on! The rivalry between their families was so interesting and it was fun seeing how that featured in their early interactions. Their powers were also really cool and I enjoyed getting to learn about the different kinds of psychic throughout the story! 

The pacing throughout this story was excellent! There was the perfect mix of intriguing mystery, exciting action and relationship building combined with a beautiful writing style that I absolutely loved it made for such an addictive story! I couldn’t put it down and I’ve been excitedly telling everyone around me all about it and how much they need to read it 🤣

The Hollow & The Haunted is a hauntingly amazing read and perfect for this spooky season! It publishes tomorrow and be prepared to be sick of me because I am never shutting up about how good it is! I can’t wait to see what happens next (also please say there is going to be a sequel, I am prepared to sell my soul or firstborn 🤣)
